The Role:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests. You will ensure every visitor feels welcomed, informed, and valued during their time at our facility. This is a fantastic role for teens to learn the ins and outs of customer service and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones and directing calls efficiently.
- Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Process payments and maintain a tidy, organized reception area.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age and currently enrolled in high school.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Presidio location.
