Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel property management systems.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist in housekeeping coordination and ensure the lobby and public areas are pristine.
- Process payments accurately and maintain strict financial accountability.
- Stay updated on local events and attractions to provide personalized recommendations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
