Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out experiences with warm hospitality and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Manage room assignments using Opera property management system
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and other departments seamlessly
- Upsell resort amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a professional and welcoming lobby environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Nevada gaming license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
