Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage phone inquiries, email correspondence, and guest requests with efficiency and professionalism.
- Handle front desk operations, including processing payments, managing reservations, and updating guest profiles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, GuestCentric).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
