Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, including verifying identity and processing payments.
- Guest Relations: Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls promptly, take accurate messages, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Operations: Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized, and inviting condition at all times.
- Security: Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including cash handling and access control procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Technology: Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Professionalism: Must present a professional appearance and maintain a positive attitude.
