Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera property management system
- Manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Collaborate with concierge and F&B teams to create seamless guest journeys
- Upsell premium rooms and amenities to maximize revenue
- Maintain detailed logs of guest requests and special occasions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience in luxury properties
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's card (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation
- Basic fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
