Responsibilities
- Seamlessly manage guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining service excellence standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for optimal operations
- Provide local recommendations and concierge services to enhance guest stays
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and communication
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera/Simphony preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak seasons
- Basic accounting knowledge and cash handling experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
