Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in public areas
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage billing transactions
- Support event coordination and banquet services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Food Handler's certification preferred
