Responsibilities
- Seamlessly check guests in/out using PMS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Manage reservation modifications and optimize room assignments
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive problem-solving skills
- Process payments and manage billing discrepancies
- Coordinate housekeeping/maintenance requests via communication systems
- Provide local attraction recommendations and concierge services
- Maintain meticulous front desk documentation and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or luxury customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic financial reconciliation knowledge
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Professional appearance and multilingual skills a plus
