Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and problem resolution
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/out, reservations, and billing
- Coordinate housekeeping services and room status updates
- Assist with valet parking and guest transportation requests
- Maintain meticulous cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Collaborate with food & beverage team for seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving required)
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
