Responsibilities
- Greets guests warmly and professionally, managing check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency.
- Handles incoming calls and emails, ensuring all inquiries are routed or resolved promptly.
- Resolves guest complaints and issues with a focus on exceeding expectations and maintaining guest loyalty.
- Processes payments and maintains accurate daily financial records.
- Provides exceptional local recommendations and assistance to enhance the guest stay.
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Assists with administrative duties and maintains up-to-date guest profiles.
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
