Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries or complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Reservations: Accurately process reservations, manage room availability, and maintain the property management system (PMS).
- Operations: Assist with lobby management, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and ensure the front desk area is organized.
- Security: Verify guest identities, handle lost and found items, and adhere to all hotel security protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations or hospitality management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Hotel Management certificate preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in computer systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
