Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless transition to their rooms.
- Handle incoming calls and guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process payments accurately and maintain the integrity of the cash drawer.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management immediately.
- Uphold the hotel's brand standards and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
