Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs with precision and warmth.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Process reservations and maintain the property management system (PMS).
- Assist guests with directions, recommendations, and general information about the local area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
