Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational standards
- Uphold cleanliness and safety protocols throughout guest areas
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid Washington State food handler's card (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Proven problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
