Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation software.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
