Responsibilities
- Seamlessly manage guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and efficiency, exceeding expectations
- Coordinate housekeeping/maintenance requests for optimal guest satisfaction
- Process payments, handle cash operations, and maintain financial accuracy
- Proactively upsell hotel amenities and packages to enhance revenue
- Maintain pristine front desk appearance and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-department teams for cohesive service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak seasons
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
