Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out services with warm, personalized interactions
- Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations with precision
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) efficiently
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Tampa attractions and local area
