Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork and payments are processed accurately.
- Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departures, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk console, including answering phones, taking reservations, and managing room assignments.
- Assist with concierge services, including recommending local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
- Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hospitality experience is preferred but not always required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A professional appearance and demeanor that reflects our brand values.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus.
