Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Operations Management: Oversee the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, managing reservations, and processing payments.
- Communication: Act as a central communication hub, relaying information to housekeeping, maintenance, and management staff efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate guest records and complete necessary daily paperwork and reports.
- Area Maintenance: Keep the front lobby, reception area, and common spaces clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, polished demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be comfortable using computer systems and hotel management software.
- Availability: Must be willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
