Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Manage room assignments and ensure accurate room status reporting.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and restaurant reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms meet high standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel booking software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
