Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in-person promptly.
- Assist guests with check-out procedures, including billing and printing receipts.
- Provide concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily bank deposits accurately.
- Process reservations and update guest profiles in the database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and a professional appearance.
