Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet our high cleanliness standards.
- Bed Making: Change bed linens, make beds according to hotel protocols, and ensure all amenities are restocked.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and guest towels efficiently.
- Inspection: Perform quality checks on cleaned rooms to ensure everything is perfect before guest arrival.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Stocker: Maintain an organized housekeeping cart and supply closets to ensure efficiency.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests politely and assist with any immediate requests during your rounds.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
