Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Process reservations, manage key cards, and handle payments efficiently using hotel PMS software.
- Concierge Services: Provide local recommendations, answer inquiries, and assist with transportation and restaurant reservations.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas.
- Communication: Relay important messages and updates to housekeeping and maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Guestcentric).
- Professionalism: A polished and professional appearance with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
