Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using property management systems.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain the lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash and credit transactions.
- Assist in coordinating daily operations, including wake-up calls and room service requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or hotel management certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
