Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Handle reservations, modifications, and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly using conflict resolution techniques
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest experiences and revenue
- Maintain detailed communication logs via shift handover protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Basic knowledge of Albuquerque attractions and services
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Valid New Mexico driver's license if required for guest services
