Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently using resort management systems while maintaining accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide local recommendations
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies for spa services and dining experiences
- Maintain a pristine front desk environment and manage key inventory
- Collaborate with security team to ensure guest safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Colorado Springs attractions and activities
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
