Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and urgency
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Market hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate guest records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays
- Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Dallas attractions and transportation
