Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes for weekend guests
- Handle reservation inquiries and optimize room assignments
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize property management systems (e.g., Opera) efficiently
- Execute upselling strategies for premium services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (PMS) required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Fri-Sun)
- Basic knowledge of Fort Worth attractions and services
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Valid Texas driver's license (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
