Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using PMS systems while maintaining accurate records
- Manage reservation modifications and room assignments with precision
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional service
- Process payments and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability for weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Houston attractions and transportation
- Valid Texas driver's license (for va shuttle duties)
