Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth.
- Manage high-volume phone calls and guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash handling responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS) or willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
