Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera PMS while maintaining accurate billing records
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless turnarounds
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with multilingual support
- Process payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and manage cash drawer operations
- Upsell premium rooms, dining packages, and local experiences to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with concierge and valet teams to ensure flawless guest journeys
- Execute emergency procedures and maintain safety protocols during weekend operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience in premium properties
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; Spanish highly valued
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record (required for valet coordination)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
