Responsibilities
- Efficiently check in/out guests while maintaining warm, personalized service standards
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly, coordinating with housekeeping and management as needed
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Act as hotel ambassador, providing local recommendations and transportation assistance
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby environment at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera or PMS hotel management systems
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) required
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
