Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes for weekend guests
- Handle reservation modifications and direct phone inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Execute upselling opportunities for hotel amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera or PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun)
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
