Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining personalized service standards
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room allocation for weekend occupancy
- Handle guest inquiries with prompt, solution-oriented communication
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Implement upselling strategies for premium amenities and services
- Ensure lobby and reception areas maintain impeccable presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix attractions and local services
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
- Spanish language skills highly desirable
