Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional service
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve service issues
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and lobby environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in hotel/hospitality industry
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends (early mornings, nights, holidays)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of San Antonio attractions and transportation
