Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for weekend guests
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records using property management software
- Upsell hotel amenities and local experiences
- Execute emergency procedures with calm efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Basic knowledge of San Francisco attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license preferred
