Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying registration information and collecting payments securely.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails with a professional and courteous demeanor, ensuring all inquiries are resolved promptly.
  • Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure a 5-star experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
  • Manage key cards and room assignments accurately using our property management system (PMS).
  • Assist in coordinating housekeeping and maintenance requests for guests.
  • Process wake-up calls and mail services for guests.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous experience as a front desk agent, receptionist, or concierge is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work flexible weekend hours, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
