Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Manage reservations, billing inquiries, and guest requests with precision
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera/PMS) and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues
- Act as hotel ambassador providing local recommendations and event information
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Handle emergency situations calmly and according to protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) required
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license preferred for guest errands
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Knowledge of DC attractions and transportation a plus
