Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Manage hotel reservations and room assignments using our property management system (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and manage correspondence with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping services and wake-up calls.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and reservation software.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
