Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS software
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Provide local attraction recommendations and concierge services
- Uphold strict security and confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid New Mexico driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Basic cash handling and accounting knowledge
