- Manage room reservations and modify bookings using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with swift resolution
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash drawer procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guestroom readiness
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous room status tracking
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling during peak hours
Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, OPERA Cloud preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure scenarios
- Valid Maryland driver's license for valet operations
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Baltimore attractions and transportation
