Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests with efficiency and warmth using Opera property management system
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling techniques to maximize room revenue and ancillary services
- Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or guest service experience in luxury/hotel environment
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak weekend periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
