Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process reservations, payments, and billing transactions using resort management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining departments to resolve guest needs
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Ensure lobby and reception areas are impeccably presented at all times
- Participate in weekend staff briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and services
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (preferred)
