- Check in/out guests efficiently using PMS systems while maintaining accurate records
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with precision

- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and facility appearance
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate when necessary

Qualifications
