- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless guest room readiness
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with empathy and efficiency
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio) and process payments securely
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and premium services
- Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions and operational incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Valid California driver's license with clean record (if required for errands)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
