Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management software
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly using problem-solving techniques
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and financial documentation
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions
- Ensure front desk area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (hospitality a plus)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for errands)
