Responsibilities
- Efficiently check-in/check out guests while maintaining personalized service standards
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with proactive problem-solving
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Uphold brand standards through polished presentation and communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Basic accounting and cash handling experience
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
