Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Manage room assignments and key distribution systems
- Process payments and resolve billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate housekeeping maintenance requests and VIP services
- Act as primary point of contact for guest concerns and local recommendations
- Maintain security protocols for guest and property safety
- Collaborate with concierge and dining teams for seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask during peak weekend periods
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Jacksonville attractions and transportation
