Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests with speed and precision while maintaining personalized service standards
- Manage room reservations, rate inquiries, and upsell premium amenities
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using solution-oriented communication
- Maintain accurate guest records and financial transactions in PMS systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with composure
- Valid Missouri hospitality or food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
